Warranty Issues
All technical support is handled through Grass Valley's 24/7 Technical Support (800-547-8949). If a specialist is not available, a case number will be assigned and a specialist will call back as soon as possible.

Have the end-user contact Grass Valley Customer Service at (800) 547-8949, opt. 2
• The end-user must have model and serial number(s) available
• The end-user will need to provide a description of the nature of the problem to Service
• If a defect cannot be fixed over the phone, a new product or Field Replacement Unit (FRU) will be sent to the end-user. The end-user will be sent a Return Authorization Shipment form for the original product to be returned to the factory
